Terms of Service.

Last updated:

These terms apply to Afterparty at afterparty.games and to the Afterparty Discord Activity. By using Afterparty, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Using Afterparty

Afterparty is free to play and intended for personal entertainment. You must meet the age and permission requirements that apply where you live. If you cannot legally agree to these terms yourself, your parent or guardian must agree for you.

Play fair and respect others

Do not harass or threaten other players, share illegal or hateful content, impersonate others, or disclose someone else's private information. Do not cheat, disrupt games, bypass security, or deliberately overload the service. Follow applicable laws and respect other people's rights.

Your drawings and answers

You keep ownership of content you create. You give Afterparty permission to store, process and display it as needed to run the games. Share only content you have the right to use. Other players may see what you submit, so avoid sharing sensitive information. Rooms and game content are temporary; do not use Afterparty to store anything you need to keep.

Playing inside Discord

You must also meet Discord's age requirements and follow its Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Afterparty is independently operated; Discord is not responsible for our service. These terms do not replace Discord's terms.

Availability and access

Afterparty is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free games or permanent storage of rooms, scores or content. The service may change or be discontinued. We may restrict access to address abuse, security risks or breaches of these terms. You can stop using Afterparty at any time.

Your legal rights

These terms do not remove any consumer rights or other protections that the law does not allow us to exclude. They do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page with a new date. Changes apply to future use of Afterparty; they do not take away rights you already have. Please check this page occasionally.
